gwf ball millsIn addition to providing the cement and other industries with mechanical engineers and parts, GWF Management is also committed to providing and assisting customers in any mill related function.

We are nationally recognised for our commitment to our customers and provide a complete service from project management and equipment supply and installation to offsite repairs and maintenance. The offsite heavy engineering workshop along with the tooling, onsite fleet and ancillary equipment ensures that we are able to deliver our services efficiently and to the highest standard.

 

Our services include:

  • Ball Mill Management.
  • Grinding media grading.
  • Recharging and design ball charge recommendation including volume load measuring.
  • GWF Management own and operate mobile ball sorting units that sort media at the customers site. Complete with technicians that aid in the setup and operation, the service removes charge contamination and provides an accurate classification of balls into various sizes.
  • Inhouse double deck screener, used to remove contamination and material from grinding media charge.
  • Mechanical internal monitoring and surveys of ball mill internals providing recommendations to increase mill performance and profitability.
  • Supply of mechanical parts and fabrication parts, including rotary equipment eg. kilns, calciners, rotary washers/dryers, ball mills and all associated fittings and parts.
  • Onsite and offsite mechanical plant installation and refurbishment ranging from vertical mill hubs to small mechanical equipment.
  • Provision of mechanical engineers and skilled labour for projects, recommissioning and shutdown work.
  • Removal and relocation of plant and all associated equipment.
